School Report Card
The LaCrosse School District is proud of the work our staff is doing to assure that all students are making continual progress toward meeting state learning standards. From the Principal's Desk... Lacrosse Schools began the school year with a different twist. We held our Open House & Back to School Night before our first day of school. Several students and parents asked if we could have our Open House before school began so they would be more prepared for the first day. A dinner was served and students and parents then had time to visit with our teachers. It was very informal and we had good attendance and I believe it helped us get off to a positive start. Earning a Diploma: Class of 2009+
"What do I need to do to graduate?" This is often a question asked by Washington State High School students and their families. Please visit the K12 site for up-to-date requirements.

H1N1 Flu Prevention
In accordance with the CDC the following steps need to be taken this flu season:
  • Keep child at home when sick (fever of 100º or more)
  • Ill students will be kept separate until they can be sent home (make alternative care plans)
  • Wash hands often
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
  • By law, the school will be calling the family of each absent child to find out reason for the absence.

    Coming Up

    Early Release
    The next Teacher Planning Day will take place November 18th. Periods 5,6,7 and 4 will be observed with dismissal at 1pm. Mentor Day activities will be on the post lunch schedule.
    State Volleyball
    Congratulation to the Volleyball Team for taking second in the State!
    Thanksgiving Break
    Thanksgiving break will begin at noon on November 25th. The morning schedule will be observed.
